God whispers a very different message in this world of materialism, telling us not to look to things to provide comfort and assurance. Invest your time, money and energy into those things and you'll find yourself with everlasting treasure. So if you instead invest what money you have into the things you value even more like love and obedience to God they are the things that are going to last forever. It is what will bring you peace for tomorrow and the future ahead, no money can bring you real assurance on the future for money is worthless in Gods sights, you however are worth even more than you can imagine. #It's a crazy beautiful life how to#
You are out of school in a low paid job and still have to think about how to pay for Tafe/uni and a car ontop of all the rest. All of a sudden money becomes more important than it ever has in your life. You 'can't afford' to bless people or put into the offering or do the fun things like the rest of your friends are on the schoolies break or on holidays. Then there is the fact that there is always someones birthday coming up and all of a sudden you start to cling to this material object (because well thats all it really is) more than ever. you have used it on various things and now what little you have left must be used for 'more important things'. You can even bless people with the money you have by shouting them dinner or buying them a cute little thank-you gift. or what you will have for lunch, and you can do practically anything you want, go anywhere you want and eat and buy anything you desire. There is no worry about an eftpos card being denied. Lately i have been challenged with money more than ever before but after praying about it this is some sweet rev i got about it.
